Gueric Dechavanne

Mr. Dechavanne is the head of Commercial Aviation Valuation Services at Collateral Verifications LLC. He is an ISTAT Certified Senior Appraiser and graduate of Embry Riddle Aeronaitical University where he received his Bachelors degree in Aviation Business Administration with a concentration in International Transportation Management.

In 2001, he joined CIT Aerospace as a Marketing Analyst, tracking aircraft values, industry trends, issues of concern to CIT's aircraft portfolio, as well as assisting the marketing department on special projects for the placement of new and used aircraft.

In 2004, he joined OAGBACK Aviation Solutions as the Manager of Valuation Services and was promoted to head their Asset Management group in 2006 where he managed all of the aspects of their valuations, technical, advisory, and aircraft remarketing services.

While at OAGBACK Aviation, he also developed and maintained their Commercial Jet Aircraft Value Guide and Commercial Jet Lease Rate Guide. As a recognized expert in his field, he has been published and quoted in such publications as the Chicago Tribune, Airline Fleet and Network Management, Airline Business, Air Transport World, Air Finance Journal, Air Cargo World, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Flight Global, MSNBC, and various other industry publications.

Mark Peterman

Vice President, Technical Operations and Inventory Valuation Services

Mr. Peterman serves as the head of Technical Operations, Commercial Aircraft Lease Management, Inventory Appraisals and Military Aircraft Valuations. Prior to joining CV LLC, he served as President and Founder of Collateral Verifications, Inc. which was formed shortly after his first return from Iraq in 2004. Past executive positions include serving as President of Aviation Appraisal Corp. His over 30 years of aviation experience includes 17 years with Delta Airlines TechOps, active duty military service in the US Marine Corps and later service as an embedded subject matter expert in the US Navy Civil Service for Marine Transport Squadron One. He has served tours in Iraq as a Combat MP in the US Army Reserves and later as a US Air Force contractor in the Predator/Reaper UAV program.

Mr. Peterman has performed hundreds of commercial, military and business class aircraft inspections, audits and appraisals. His project experience and areas of expertise include commercial aircraft lease management, valuations of complete MRO facilities and large part inventories. He has performed certified appraisals on aircraft in many of our nations aviation museums including aircraft on display at the Smithsonian Institution.

Mr. Peterman has offered expert witness testimony and reports to the Delaware Court of Chancery, Colorado Trial Courts, Colorado Bankruptcy Courts, the English High Court of Justice (UK), and the Tribunal Superior De Justica De La Ciudad De Mexico. His inventory appraisal reports have withstood detailed independent audits by BDO, Deloitte, Grant Thornton, KPMG, Price Waterhouse Coopers and other leading financial auditors.

Current projects include:
Lease Manager for an Asian Lessor for numerous commercial aircraft on lease in North and South America. Services include engine shop visit invoice audits, maintenance reserve calculations, adjustments and claim review, lease agreement interpretation and enforcement, inspection and redelivery.

Numerous certified part inventory valuations used for public company shareholder filings, collateral lending, mergers and acquisitions and insurance loss claims.

Multiple redelivery audits & prepurchase inspections on commercial aircraft in China destined for Southwest Asia and North America.

Inventory valuation expert witness services for a major US Defense Contractor.

John Meyers

Vice President, Sales and Repossessions

Mr. Meyers is the head of aircraft and parts sales for Collateral Verifications LLC. He currently heads up the Aircraft Brokerage Division. He also has extensive knowledge of the commercial and military parts business on a global basis.

Mr. Meyers brings a wealth of experience in both fixed and rotary wing aircraft sales on a worldwide basis. John understands that the sale or acquisition of business aircraft is an increasingly complex process, and requires considerable thought and knowledge of available options. The possibilities are endless and making the right choice is critical. John believes that to be successful, the right choice must be based on the best, most current information available. In addition, success requires an immediate response to today's ever-changing global marketplace. Whether buying or selling for our clients, he makes every effort to educate them on the realities of the market, what the value is of an aircraft, and the current demand from both the buying and selling sides of the transaction. He carefully evaluates his clients' true needs, researches the marketplace and recommends the best possible aircraft. This experience gives John the ability to successfully market and acquire any aircraft or helicopter worldwide.
